Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Cookie consent for developers plugin for WordPress versions prior to 1.7.2

Description The software is susceptible to Stored Cross-Site Scripting through multiple settings fields. Insufficient input sanitization and output escaping allow authenticated attackers with administrator-level access or higher to inject arbitrary web scripts into pages. These scripts will execute when a user accesses the injected page. This issue only affects multi-site installations and installations where unfiltered html has been disabled.

Recommendations Update the Cookie consent for developers plugin to version 1.7.2 or later.
