A crash occurs when determining the GFX3D clock rate. This is caused by the passed parent map failing to provide the expected
best parent hw clock after the removal of round rate() in favor of determine rate(). The issue involves several functions, including clk hw round rate(), clk divider bestdiv(), divider determine rate(), clk alpha pll postdiv determine rate(), clk core determine round nolock(), clk core round rate nolock(), clk determine rate(), clk gfx3d determine rate(), clk round rate(), dev pm opp set rate(), msm devfreq target(), devfreq set target(), devfreq update target(), and devfreq monitor().Recommendations
