Description An out-of-bounds read in the Microsoft UxTheme Library (uxtheme.dll) allows an authorized attacker to cause a local denial of service. An out-of-bounds read occurs when a program reads data past the end or before the beginning of the intended buffer, which can lead to system instability or crashes.
