Description
A stack-based buffer overflow occurs when a program writes more data to a buffer located on the stack than the buffer is allocated to hold. This issue allows an attacker to execute arbitrary code in the context of the current user if a victim opens a malicious file.
Recommendations
Update Adobe Acrobat Reader to version 24.001.30366 or later.
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability for Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat 2024.
