Description An issue exists in the Jobs::RedeliverWebHookEvents function where the MessageBus.publish call for the endpoint "/web hook events/" fails to pass group ids. This results in the channel being readable by any authenticated user, or anonymous users on instances where login required is disabled. Because webhook IDs are sequential integers, they are trivially enumerable.
