Description
Authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access and above can perform SQL Injection, a technique where malicious SQL statements are inserted into entry fields for execution. This occurs due to insufficient escaping of user-supplied parameters and a lack of preparation in the existing SQL query, allowing the attacker to append additional queries to extract sensitive information from the database.
Recommendations
Update ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System to a version newer than 3.3.6.
