Description An issue in the Core component of the Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTPS to compromise the system. The attack requires human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all data accessible within the Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework.
