Description An issue exists in the Core component of the Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework. A low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise the framework. This may lead to a scope change, significantly impacting additional products. Successful exploitation allows unauthorized access to critical data or all accessible data within the framework, as well as the unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of such data.
