Description An issue in the Internal Operations component of the Oracle Applications Manager allows a low-privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can result in a complete takeover of the Oracle Applications Manager and may significantly impact additional products due to a scope change, which occurs when a vulnerability in one component affects resources beyond its own security boundary.
