Description
An out-of-bounds write issue exists within the Queueing Service, Core Libraries, and Persistence Service of RTI Connext Professional, which can lead to buffer overflows. A buffer overflow occurs when a program writes more data to a block of memory, or buffer, than it is allocated to hold.
Recommendations
Update versions 6.1.0 through 6.1.x to a version beyond 6.1.x.
Update versions 7.0.0 through 7.3.1.2 to version 7.3.1.3 or later.
Update versions 7.4.0 through 7.6.x to version 7.7.0 or later.
