Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
An issue exists in the Bluetooth subsystem where the
bt sock poll() function iterates through the accept q (accept queue) without proper synchronization. This lack of synchronization can lead to a race condition during child teardown, where a socket may be unlinked and its last reference dropped while the queue is being walked. This flaw has been present since the initial Bluetooth import.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
