Description
A memory leak exists in the mt76 WiFi driver. The function
mt76 connac mcu alloc sta req() allocates a socket buffer (skb) that should be freed by mt76 mcu skb send msg(). However, if the functions mt76 connac mcu sta wed update() or mt76 connac mcu sta key tlv() fail before the message is sent, the allocated skb is not released, resulting in a memory leak.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
