Description
A flaw in the processing of NVBULogDaemon JSON-RPC messages allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code in the context of SYSTEM. The issue stems from insufficient validation of a user-supplied string before it is used in a system call. While authentication is typically required, the existing authentication mechanism can be bypassed to facilitate the attack.
