Description An unsigned integer underflow exists in the rtw mlme component of the rtl8723bs staging driver. The issue occurs when the system performs subtraction on the ie length variable using fixed Information Element (IE) offsets without sufficient bounds checks to ensure the length is large enough.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
