Description A NULL pointer dereference occurs during the suspend and resume processes in the mvebu GPIO driver. The functions mvebu pwm suspend() and mvebu pwm resume() are executed for all GPIO banks; however, banks lacking PWM functionality have the mvchip->mvpwm variable set to NULL. When mvebu pwm suspend() is called while mvpwm is NULL, the system attempts to access mvpwm->blink select, leading to a kernel crash.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
