Description Certificates containing wildcard DNS Subject Alternative Names (SANs), such as *.example.com, bypass name-constraint checks performed by the Certificate Authority (CA). This allows a certificate to be accepted even if its wildcard DNS SAN should have been rejected based on the issuing CA's permitted or excluded DNS name constraints.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
