Description A local privilege escalation exists due to a Time-of-Check to Time-of-Use (TOCTOU) race condition in the mount(8) utility within the hook owner.c file during chmod and chown operations. TOCTOU is a software bug where the state of a resource changes between the time the software checks the resource and the time it uses it.
