Description
Remote code execution is possible due to improper handling of the pre-authentication DRDA (Distributed Relational Database Architecture) handshake. This flaw allows an attacker to execute code on the system before authentication is completed.
Recommendations
Update IBM Db2 versions 11.5.0 through 11.5.9 to the latest patched version.
Update IBM Db2 versions 12.1.0 through 12.1.4 to the latest patched version.
