Description The resource api does not preserve the sensitive flag on parameters defined via the resource-api. This failure results in sensitive values, such as passwords, being stored in cleartext within the agent's local transaction state cache.
Recommendations Update resource api to version 1.9.2 or 2.0.1. Update Puppet Core to version 8.20.0. Update Puppet Enterprise 2023.8 to version 2023.8.10. Update Puppet Enterprise 2025 to version 2025.11.0.
