Description
A stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) issue exists in the chat initialization process. The flaw occurs because the application fails to properly sanitize the
name parameter, allowing an attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript code within the application context. This issue can affect both the attacker and support agents who join the conversation, as the malicious script executes in the agent's browser.Recommendations
