Description
An issue exists due to improper validation of CIP Implicit Connection packets. An attacker on the network can send crafted packets to trigger continuous denial-of-service conditions, which disrupts device connections. Although devices recover immediately, repeated exploitation can cause significant operational downtime in industrial environments.
