Description A heap-based buffer overflow in the SQL Server ODBC driver allows an unauthorized remote attacker to execute arbitrary code over a network and achieve elevation of privilege. A heap-based buffer overflow occurs when a program writes more data to a heap memory block than it can hold, potentially overwriting adjacent memory.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
