Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
NGINX Ingress Controller (affected versions not specified)
Description
An authenticated remote attacker with permissions to create or modify Ingress or TransportServer resources can cause the NGINX Ingress Controller process to terminate. This occurs when the controller processes a malformed Ingress or TransportServer resource, leading the control plane process to enter a persistent crash loop. This results in a denial-of-service (DoS) affecting the control plane, although the data plane remains unaffected.
Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
