Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
DataEase versions prior to 2.10.23
Description
An issue exists in the datasource connection status checks where the
configuration.getSchema() value is concatenated into getTablesSql and executed via executeQuery within the io.dataease.datasource.provider.CalciteProvider#checkStatus function. This allows for SQL injection against DB2, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and other supported datasources. SQL injection is a technique where malicious SQL statements are inserted into entry fields for execution, potentially allowing unauthorized access to the database.Recommendations
Update to version 2.10.23.
