Description
Users with only ViewChannel (read) permission on a channel can fetch that channel's webhooks and their associated tokens. This occurs because the webhook fetch endpoint incorrectly validates the ViewChannel permission instead of the ManageWebhooks permission. An attacker with a retrieved token can send arbitrary messages to the channel, bypassing permissions and impersonating a bot or webhook.
