Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
An issue exists in the
mtk pcie setup irq() function where IRQ domains are allocated before the controller's IRQ is fetched. If the IRQ fetch fails, the function returns an error without cleaning up the previously allocated domains, leading to a leak of IRQ domains. IRQ domains are data structures used by the kernel to map hardware interrupts to virtual interrupts.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
