Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description The Linux kernel contains a flaw within the DRM/amdgpu subsystem. Specifically, a null pointer dereference can occur when the driver does not support atomic operations, leading to a potential system panic. This happens because the framebuffer uses plane->fb instead of plane->state->fb in such cases.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
