Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
A use-after-free issue exists in the
omap2430 probe() function. The of node put(np) function is called prematurely before the final access to the np variable, which can lead to a use-after-free condition if the reference count of the node reaches zero. Use-after-free is a memory corruption flaw that occurs when an application continues to use a pointer after it has been freed.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
