Description
A locking issue exists in the SMB client where the
tc count increment within the smb2 find smb sess tcon unlocked() function is not properly protected. This occurs because the code failed to implement the necessary lock around the tc count variable, which is intended to manage the reference count of transport connections.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
