Description An issue exists in the Mobile component of the Oracle Utilities Network Management System. An unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP can exploit this flaw to compromise the system. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized read access to a subset of data, as well as unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to certain accessible data. This attack may also significantly impact additional products due to a scope change.
