Description
A flaw exists in the RDBMS component of the Oracle Database Server. A high privileged attacker with network access via Oracle Net can exploit this issue to compromise the RDBMS. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to certain RDBMS accessible data.
