Description A flaw in the Oracle Net Services component allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via Oracle Net to compromise the service. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access to critical data or all data accessible by Oracle Net Services. Additionally, an attacker can cause a hang or a repeatable crash, resulting in a complete Denial of Service (DOS), which is a condition where the service becomes unavailable to legitimate users.
