Description A flaw in the PJM Command Center component allows a low-privileged attacker with access to the infrastructure where the software executes to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized update, insert, or delete access to accessible data and the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where some services are unavailable while others remain functional.
