Description A flaw in the Web Service Provider component allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This can lead to unauthorized read, update, insert, or delete access to specific data within the Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway, as well as the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where some services are unavailable while others remain functional.
