Description A flaw in the Cover Letter component of the Oracle Content Manager allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This can lead to unauthorized read, update, insert, or delete access to specific data within the Oracle Content Manager, as well as the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where some services of the application become unavailable to users.

Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
