Description A flaw in the Workflow Notification Mailer component allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This can lead to unauthorized read, update, insert, or delete access to specific data within Oracle Workflow, as well as the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where some services are unavailable while others remain functional.
