Description An issue exists in the CSV Management component of the Oracle Transportation Management product of Oracle Supply Chain. A low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can exploit this flaw to compromise the system. This could lead to unauthorized access to critical data, complete access to all accessible data, unauthorized update, insert, or delete operations on some data, and the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where the system becomes partially unavailable to users.
