Description
An issue exists in the Siebel Cloud Manager component of Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications. An unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP can exploit this flaw to compromise the application, potentially leading to unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all accessible data within the system.
