Description A flaw in the Core component of the Oracle Application Object Library allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTPS to compromise the system. This issue can lead to unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data and all data accessible by the Oracle Application Object Library. Although the flaw resides within the Oracle Application Object Library, successful exploitation may significantly impact additional products due to a scope change.
