Description An issue exists in the File Transmission component of the Oracle Payments product within Oracle E-Business Suite. A low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can exploit this flaw to compromise the system. Successful exploitation may lead to unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all data accessible within Oracle Payments.
