Description A flaw in the Cost Planning component allows a high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access, creation, deletion, or modification of critical data within Oracle Cost Management. Additionally, an attacker may be able to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where some services of the system become unavailable to users.
