Description A flaw in the Collaboration History component allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This can lead to unauthorized read, update, insert, or delete access to specific data within the Oracle Supply Chain Trading Connector, as well as the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where the system remains operational but some functions are unavailable.
