Description An issue exists in the Internal Operations component of the Oracle Project Portfolio Analysis product within Oracle E-Business Suite. A low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise the system, potentially leading to unauthorized read access to a subset of data, as well as unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data or all accessible data within Oracle Project Portfolio Analysis.
