Description A flaw in the BI Publisher Integration component of Oracle Concurrent Processing allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This can lead to unauthorized read, update, insert, or delete access to specific data within Oracle Concurrent Processing, as well as the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where some services are unavailable while others remain functional.
