Description A flaw in the Install component of the Oracle HCM Configuration Workbench allows a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the system. This can lead to unauthorized read, update, insert, or delete access to specific data within the Oracle HCM Configuration Workbench, as well as the ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS), which is a condition where some services of the application become unavailable while others remain functional.
