Description
A flaw in the Web Utilities component of the Oracle Applications Framework allows a high privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the framework. Successful exploitation can lead to a complete takeover of the Oracle Applications Framework and may significantly impact additional products due to a scope change.
