Description A use-after-free issue exists in the linkstation poweroff init() function. This occurs because of node put(dn) is called before of match node(), which still requires the node pointer. A use-after-free is a situation where a program continues to use a pointer after the memory it points to has been freed, potentially leading to crashes or unauthorized memory access.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
