Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description An issue exists in the copy process() function where the PF BLOCK TS flag is inherited from the parent process while the child process plug is reset to NULL. This breaks the system invariant that the presence of the PF BLOCK TS flag implies that current->plug is not NULL, potentially leading to unguarded dereferencing of current->plug.
Recommendations At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
