Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions
Linux kernel (affected versions not specified)
Description
An issue exists in the
rt1711h probe() function where the TCPCI port is registered before the interrupt is requested and alert interrupts are enabled. If the interrupt request or the enabling of alert interrupts fails, the function returns without unregistering the TCPCI port, as the unregistration process was previously only handled by the remove callback.Recommendations
At the moment, there is no information about a newer version that contains a fix for this vulnerability.
