Name of the Vulnerable Software and Affected Versions Ekushey Project Manager CRM versions prior to 5.1

Description A stored cross-site scripting issue exists where authenticated client users can inject arbitrary HTML and JavaScript. This occurs when malicious payloads are entered into the Name field on the Edit Profile page because the input is not sanitized. These scripts are then executed in the browser sessions of Staff or Administrator users when they access the Manage Clients or Manage Client Projects pages, where the client names are rendered without proper sanitization.

Recommendations Update Ekushey Project Manager CRM to a version later than 5.0. As a temporary mitigation, restrict access to the Edit Profile page for client users or implement strict input validation for the Name field.
